You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
•The product is unused
•The seal is intact
•The product is in resale-worthy condition
•The product packaging is not damaged
Returns are accepted only when the item can be safely restocked and sold again.

2. Conditions Where Returns Are Allowed
Returns are accepted if:
•The wrong product was delivered
•The product arrived damaged/leaking
•The product arrived expired
•Items are missing from a combo
You wish to return the product within the 7-day allowed period, with the seal unbroken
Customers must provide clear photos/videos at the time of return request.

3. Return Denial Conditions (Strictly Non-Returnable)
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:
•The product is opened, used, or seal is broken
•The product is returned after 7 days of delivery
•The customer returns the product because of change of mind
• Product is damaged due to customer mishandling
•Delivery failed due to wrong/incorrect address
The parcel returns after failed delivery attempts
(However, we can resend it for a nominal courier charge)
USED OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
