✔️If your return request is approved:
A refund will be issued after verifying the product condition.
₹500 will be deducted from the total paid amount as:
•payment gateway fees
•packaging & handling charges
•processing costs
Refund Mode & Timeline:
Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method
COD orders → refunded to bank/UPI account provided by you
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval.

Replacement Policy
After verifying your return:
A replacement will be sent at no extra cost, if the product is in stock.
If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued (after ₹500 deduction if the return is initiated by customer and the product is in good condition).

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If the order returns due to:
•Wrong address
•Wrong contact number
•Customer unavailability
•Repeated delivery attempt failure
Refunds will not be provided for COD orders.
For prepaid orders, we can resend the parcel after collecting courier charges, or refund after deducting ₹500.

To initiate a return:
