1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most Giriva orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India.

Remote and North-East regions may take a little longer depending on courier availability.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders anywhere in India.

3. Which courier partners do you use?

We work with reliable delivery partners. If your area is not serviceable by regular couriers, we dispatch your order through Speed Post / VPP, which may take 7–10 days.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

•Unopened

•Unused

•Seal intact

•In proper condition for resale

We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or opened products.

5. When am I not eligible for return?

 

Returns are not accepted if:

•The product is used or the seal is broken

•It is damaged after delivery

•It is returned after 15 days from delivery

•The package was returned due to failed delivery attempts

6. How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

A ₹500 deduction is applied to cover logistics and processing fees.

 

Refunds are not applicable for:

•Used or broken-seal items

•Products returned after 15 days

•Undelivered/returned orders due to failed delivery attempts

7. How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the same payment mode within 10 working days.

8. Do you offer replacements instead of returns?

Yes, if you received a damaged or wrong product, we can arrange a replacement.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

9. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please record a short video while unboxing and share it with us through customer support within 48 hours.

We will assist you with a replacement.
